   At one point you will very likely see both dollars and stocks rallying at the same time. This phenomenon usually takes place once the FED begins slowly raising interest rates. That makes bonds go down. FYI The dollar/stock rally combo does not last all the way through the recovery but it will last a bit while the rates begin to move. Let’s see what the charts tell us to do to capitalize on that.
